                                                       Winner Selection
• Winners are chosen by random drawing or as otherwise described in the individual contest rules.
• Winners will be notified through the contact information provided or via social media direct message.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

• By entering, participants grant permission for their name, photo, or entry to be shared on Ritz Theatre and MountainPlex social media channels and websites.

• MountainPlex reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered, or inappropriate entries and to cancel or modify promotions if necessary.
   
                                              The Golden Ticket Contest Rules
  How to Participate:
• Pick up your Golden Ticket at The Ritz Theatre, The Market on Courthouse Square, or Otter Café beginning November 1, 2025 — but hurry, supplies are limited!
• Then, visit each participating business during the Golden Ticket event period to have your ticket signed:
• Otter Café: Enjoy a free hot chocolate upgrade on Thursday, December 4
• The Ritz Theatre: Attend The Polar Express showing at 7:00 PM on December 4
• The Market on Courthouse Square: Pick up a hot chocolate cookie anytime from December 4–7
• Once your ticket has been signed by all three businesses, drop it in the Golden Ticket collection box at The Ritz Theatreto be entered into the prize drawing.

Deadline & Prize:

• All completed Golden Tickets must be submitted by the end of the day on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
• One winner will be drawn on Monday, December 15, 2025, to receive a Golden Prize Package featuring gifts from The Ritz Theatre, The Market, and Otter Café.

The winner’s name will be announced on December 15 on all three businesses’ Facebook and Instagram pages.
