We adore a good love story. These romantic movies make our hearts flutter. Be sure to head over to our facebook page and share your favorites. In no particular order, our favorite love stories you should consider watching this Valentine's day are:
10). Casablanca
Casablanca is an American Classic. It was released in 1943 and won Oscars for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Screenplay. Humphrey Bogart was nominated for Best Lead Actor and Claude Rains was nominated for Best Supporting Actor. We prefer the original black and white version. Casablanca includes action, adventure, and of course, love.
9). 50 First Dates
This romcom is full of belly laughs, but is a sweet love story with a twist. Starring Adam Sandler, Drew Barrymore, and Rob Schneider.
8). Beauty and The Beast
You can watch this one with the kids! A "tale as old as time" with great musical numbers and a story of how love can transform even the coldest heart.
7). The Notebook
Is it even possible to have a list of romantic movies and not include The Notebook? We highly recommend this story of forbidden romance and enduring love.
6). The Princess Bride
This movie has a cult following. The beautiful Buttercup thinks she's lost her one true love and decides to never love again. Watch to find out what happens next.
5). If I Stay
This one is a tear jerker of a love story. Parents never want their kids to plan their future based on the fleeting romance of teen love. But what if it isn't fleeting? "It's just very inconvenient to fall in love at your age. Especially if it's the real thing."
4). The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
The magical tale of a man who ages in reverse and the love he finds along the way.
